Shabbat is more than a pause. It is a sanctuary in time, a weekly reminder that creation is not upheld by our effort but by God's sustaining word. From Friday sundown to Saturday sundown, we enter rest, joy, and holiness.Messianic Judaism honors Shabbat as Yeshua and His earliest followers did—rooted in the rhythms of Israel, illuminated by the teachings of the Messiah, and practiced with gratitude for God’s covenantal faithfulness
What Goes on in sevice
Yeshua, His disciples, and their early followers lived inside the Judaism of their day. They prayed Jewish prayers, celebrated the feasts, honored Torah, and gathered together in synagogues. At Adat Eytz Chayim, our worship reflects that same ancient pattern. We practice a Messianic Judaism that honors the Torah, embraces the beauty of Jewish tradition, and centers everything on the Messiah Yeshua. Expect Hebrew blessings, Scripture readings, worship music, thoughtful teaching, and a deep sense of reverence.
Who teaches
Our teachers draw from the well of Scripture, Jewish tradition, and the early Messianic movement. Their hope mirrors the hope of the first century: the coming Kingdom where Yeshua reigns from Jerusalem and the world is restored. We celebrate the remarkable reality that Jewish people today are encountering Yeshua afresh—a sign, we believe, of the ancient hope drawing closer.
